This made-for-TV version of John Steinbeck's epic work follows the lives of three generations moving across America. Set over a period of 60 years, the story, featuring an all star cast, opens in New England, depicting Adam (Timothy Bottoms) and Charles Trask (Bruce Boxleitner), two brothers whose lives are set in opposition to each other by their father.
