Raja is a bachelor living in a farm house miles away from the din and noise of Bombay with the added responsibility of bringing up his three nephews Dabboo Motu and Chhoty since the parents of these kids died in a road accident. Raja showers all his love on them the result of which means that the children have become very naughty and troublesome. On the other hand Renu is a wealthy girl who has just returned from America to sign the inheritance papers of her property which is being looked after by her uncle Bhagawati Prasad after her father's death. Till one day Raja... comes and claims her as his wife. It is from this point that her ordeal starts. She has to stay with Raja and his three spoilt brats who make her do all of the dirty work around the house. Raja's revengeful attitude starts mellowing with time and the children begin to get attatched to Renu. In fact secretly Raja falls in love with her. Just when everything was sweet and rosey for all of them Renu regains her memory. Renu remembers everything and faces a stark reality.
