Ferris Bueller's Day Off is a great film for anyone who is a child of the 80's. It shows typical american teenagers having a good time at the expense of their parents and teachers. It has some hilarious as well as touching moments, over all a good time film with an underlying story that hits home for so many.
Planes, Trains and Automobiles is purely John Candy and Steve Martin at their best. Two comedians collide in a rollercoaster of events that will have you roaring with laughter. It is a Christmassy film and although it is extremely funny, it has a sad twist and a very feel good ending.
