This theatrical film from the wacky anime franchise Gintama tells a feature length story about the hero Gintoki Sakata a former samurai wandering feudal Japan without purpose - because the aliens who landed have outlawed sword and it&39;s hard to fight space cockroaches and shepherding fireworks masters with your bare fists

Feature adaptation of the anime about an odd jobs agency based in a Japan that has been conquered by aliens. The partners who run Odd Jobs Gin, Gintoki Sakata (voice of Tomokazu Sugita) and Shinpachi Shimura (Daisuke Sakaguchi), are used to undertaking weird and wonderful assignments. However, when echoes from Gintoki's secret past as a samurai converge with an assault on Kotaro Katsura (Akira Ishida), the pair embark on what may well be their craziest adventure to date.
