Horror focusing on the crimes of serial killer Leonard Lake (Stephen A.F. Day). Sonia (Naidra Dawn Thomson) is the only survivor of the killing spree Lake embarked on in the 1980s, murdering up to 25 people. With the help of a private investigator, she tries to track down a woman who has apparently disappeared into the 'House on the Hill'. But while the pair conduct their search, Sonia is forced to relive her own horrific experiences under the imprisonment of Lake and his accomplice Charles Ng (Sam Leung).
