Action thriller starring former MMA fighter Gina Carano and directed by John Stockwell. While on their honeymoon in the Caribbean, Ava (Carano)'s wealthy husband Derek (Cam Gigandet) is injured in a fall from a zip wire and is transported by ambulance to the nearest hospital for treatment. However, when Ava arrives at the hospital and finds out that Derek has yet to be admitted, she sets off to find those responsible for his disappearance. As she conducts her search, she comes up against corrupt island officials and hardened criminals who she feels are behind her husband's abduction. Can she find Derek before it's too late?
