Home invasion thriller. Mary (Selma Blair), Mark (Joshua Close) and their son Brendon (Quinn Lord) decide to move to their remote cottage after the death of their young daughter. Shortly after their arrival, another family unexpectedly appears with firewood as a kind gesture towards their new neighbours. Feeling obligated by this act of goodwill, Mark and Mary reluctantly invite the family over for dinner later that night. But as the night progresses Mark grows more weary of them as they begin asking some probing questions and show an unhealthy interest in the family.
