Documentary about the life of Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan. The film chronicles his journey to rock 'n' roll stardom after answering Slash's advert for a bass player in an L.A. newspaper. Featuring archive footage from across his career, the film also provides an overview of McKagan's time with bands before and after Guns N' Roses including Velvet Revolver, Jane's Addiction and Loaded. At the height of his fame, McKagan's rock 'n' roll lifestyle caught up with him as his long-running drug and alcohol abuse sparked a major health scare that led him to drastically alter his lifestyle in order to turn his life around.
