Highlights from Le Mans 1954 and 1958. 1954-1955: After finishing second in 1954 Jaguar went on to win in 1955 with Mike Hawthorn and Ivor Bueb. Tragedy marred their victory. 1956-1957: Jaguar totally dominates the event in '57 taking the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th places. 1958: Jaguar, after a series of accidents and engine failures, retired from the competition.
