Icelandic coming-of-age drama in which an unexpected encounter leads a young man to question his sexuality. Gabriel (Atli Oskar Fjalarsson) becomes friends with the exuberant and outgoing Marcus (Haraldur Ari Stefánsson) when the pair study together in Manchester. On the last night of term the boys share a kiss - an event that troubles Gabriel on his return home. Though he and Marcus go their separate ways, Gabriel is unable to get him out of his mind. As his parents wonder what is preoccupying Gabriel, his friends take a more proactive approach and encourage the brooding Gabriel to join them for a summer of parties and fast living. However, when the partying sees him cross paths with Marcus again, Gabriel is forced, at last, to confront the question of his sexuality.
