'The American West of John Ford' (1971) sees Wayne present a documentary about his friend and colleague on many films, the legendary director, John Ford. This programme features commentary from movie stars Henry Fonda and James Stewart, interviews with Ford, and footage from some of his best-loved films including 'She Wore a Yellow Ribbon' (1949) and 'Stagecoach' (1939).
