Josh Kirby encounters a fantastical time travel device on the streets of his home town and is suddenly transported to the 25th century. There he tries to help IRWIN 1138 the second most brilliant man in the world to put a stop to the nefarious plans of Dr Zoetrope-who has set his sights on destroying the entire universe. In Human Pets Josh and his friends are captured by the gigantic Fatlings and must use all their action-hero techniques to survive.
