The terrifying demon clown Killjoy is on trial in Hell! Having failed to claim his last victim's soul he must face the devil himself in Hell's courtroom and prove that he's evil and worthy to be demon. His only hope is the testimony of his last victim and a trial by combat. Killjoy's murderous minions Batty Boop Punchy and Freak show plot a daring rescue attempt but they have nosy detectives renegade clowns and a whole mess of demons in their way. If they fail Killjoy is damned to oblivion never to return.

Fourth movie in the horror franchise following the antics of a murderous clown. Accused of not being evil enough since he let his last victim Sandie (Jessica Whitaker) live, clown Killjoy (Trent Haaga) is put on trial in Hell. His minions Freakshow (Tai Chan Ngo) and Batty Boop (Victoria De Mare) go to Earth to get Sandie, who is now in an insane asylum, so that she can testify that Killjoy is truly demonic. But the clown will also have to win a fight-to-the-death battle in a Trial of Combat if he is to live to take another victim.
