Desperat to keep the men on the straight and narrow, Lieutenant Walter Wallace (Werner Klemperer) commits the shipyard that's owned by a local tycoon. But before long, the rowdy Crewson is courting the shipmaker's voluptous daughter (Jayne Mansfield) with hilarious results.
