Double-bill of gay-themed films from the Argentinean-born director Marco Berger. 'Plan B' (2009) follows Bruno (Manuel Vignau), who has just been abandoned by his girlfriend for another man, Pablo (Lucas Ferraro). Seeking revenge, Bruno befriends Pablo with the less-than-noble intention of splitting the couple up by introducing Pablo to another woman. Instead, a different means of separating the two makes itself known - a 'plan B' - but is Bruno ready to throw his own sexuality into question and explore unspoken desires? 'Absent (2011) follows Martin (Javier De Pietro), a 16-year-old boy with a serious crush on his swimming instructor, Sebastian (Carlos Echevarria). So powerful is the attraction Martin feels towards Sebastian that he develops an underhand plan to spend the night at his instructor's house. Unknown to the teenager, the plan is dangerous to both Sebastian and himself, triggering a sequence of events that will leave neither unscathed.
