Made-for-TV horror in which the removal of a priceless artefact from a burial ground unleashes a fearsome creature. When the wealthy Harry Vargas (Benito Martinez) decides he would like to have possession of a precious ancient dagger, held in the remote and dangerous terrain of a burial ground in the South American jungle, there is only one man for the job - adventurer Darren McCall (Max Martini). McCall leads a team that includes archaeologist Felicia (Betsy Russell) into the jungle, where they ignore the warnings of the local tribe and extract the dagger from the ground. McCall and his cohorts suddenly find themselves fighting for their lives as a mysterious creature, part plant, part animal, begins to hunt them through the jungle.
