Surfing brothers Phil and Stew Deedle are soon missing their native Hawaiian waves after being shipped off to summer camp. However, things liven up when they take on jobs as National Park rangers in order to impress an attractive lady lieutenant. The Deedles find themselves having to cope with wild animals and an ex-ranger (Dennis Hopper) who is bent on revenge.
