Cesar (Eduardo Noriega) appears to have everything - he is charming, rich and very handsome - but his decision to climb into the car of the woman he's just snubbed changes his life, looks and loves - and possibly his grip on reality.
This is a fantastic (in the true sense of the word) mind-blowing piece of cinema. Remade as "Vanilla Sky", this original version is far superior. It does not follow the rules of genre, indeed you will only decide which genre it is once you have decided what the ending means to you. It is a movie which constantly keeps you guessing, scratching your head, and wondering what is going on. You may still be thinking about this several days later.
