Director Henry Hathaway's classic adventure set in the court of King Arthur. With his father dethroned in his native Scandia, Prince Valiant (Robert Wagner) travels to Camelot in the hope of joining the round table. While being trained by Sir Gawain (Sterling Hayden), he is soon forced to cross swords with The Black Knight (James Mason) who is intent on stealing King Arthur (Brian Aherne)'s crown.
