When terminally ill multimillionaire Steve Battier (Hauer) learns of a company known as RPG that can, in return for a substantial sum of money, make old people young again, he sets the process in motion, transferring money to the mysterious organisation. Over the course of ten hours, ten wealthy individuals enter into a rejuvenation game where they are able to experience the world they once knew in a much younger and more able body. All is not as it seems, however, when the subjects are informed that as each hour ticks by one person will die.
