Documentary following Olympic gold medallist James Cracknell as he journeys across the United States. The rower and cycling enthusiast attempts to run, row, cycle and swim from Los Angeles to New York in 16 days, travelling through places such as Death Valley, Route 66 and Lake Erie. The feat ended with Cracknell fighting for his life after being hit by a truck.
