Debby Ryan is a painfully shy schoolgirl who leads a double life as an outspoken radio DJ in this teen romcom from director Peter Howitt. Barely able to utter a word in class, student Tara Adams (Ryan) transforms when she hits the airwaves as 'Radio Rebel' for her regular anonymous podcasts. But just as her straight-talking views make her a huge hit with her classmates, Tara's popularity takes a sudden dive when Principal Moreno (Nancy Robertson) threatens to cancel the school Prom unless 'Radio Rebel' reveals her true identity.
