Gore-spattered horror from director Robert Kurtzman. Crazed and disillusioned scientist Dr Viktor Vasilenko (Andrew Divoff) seeks to gain revenge on the medical industry for failing to take advantage of his greatest discovery. He aims to create a virus which will turn everyone infected into rage-filled maniacs. Unfortunately, one of his experimental subjects escapes from the laboratory and, after running amock, is eventually eaten by vultures, which then become infected themselves. Meanwhile, a group of young campers find themselves attacked by the birds and the only place they can seek refuge is inside Vasilenko's evil lab. But are they safer inside or outside the lab?
