Two adventure-seeking cowboys (Tom Selleck and Jerry Reed) find themselves in Nashville Tennessee the home of country music and on the run from the law and some very unhappy poker players. In an effort to make a few bucks the two friends pose as private investigators and accept a case to search for a young woman's (Morgan Fairchild) missing sister. Their new career choice soon has them in way over their heads as they become embroiled in murder blackmail and extortion.They may not live to see the morning but until then they're going to have the time of their lives!!!
