Guy Pearce and Cobie Smulders star in this comedy drama as two personal trainers with very different ideas on how to keep their clients in shape. When wealthy new client Danny (Kevin Corrigan) visits their gym looking for a specific type of personal trainer who can take care of his individual needs, he immediately feels a connection with Kat (Smulders) and requests her help with his program. When Trevor (Pearce) sees that Danny is getting too attached to Kat, he jumps in to rescue her and, in doing so, realises his true feelings for her.
