In writer/director Nate Meyer's romcom, a 30-something, disillusioned with her marriage, travels back to her childhood home to revisit a past relationship. Now living in New York and discovering that married life is not all it's made out to be, Emmie (Robin Tunney) starts to think about the 'what ifs' in her life, in particular Jason (Adam Scott), the boy she left behind in Maine. Casting her current responsibilities aside, including bemused husband Graham (Josh Hamilton), she returns home on the pretext of visiting her parents and brother, secretly hoping that the past will provide some answers for the future.
