It was a glorious English autumn day when our cameras were at the Severn Valley Steam Weekend in September 1987, to capture a very special weekend of steam. On occasion there were no less that 12 steam locomotives in action, allowing us to film an action-packed day. Highlights include LSM Jubilee Class 5690 Leander, GWR 7800 Class 7819 Hinton Manor, The Lady Armaghdale and many more. The Severn Valley Railway is one of the most beloved in the UK and steam weekend events such as this highlight their enduring appeal.
