The captain of a commercial vessel embarks on his final mission in command of a small crew desperate to get back to earth. But the shipboard computer has ideas of its own, and sets about picking off the crew one-by-one in an effort to find and gain control of a planet-destroying bomb. Soon an 'accident' forces them to divert to Somnus, a derelict asteroid station in a forgotten sector of the solar system. But far from offering sanctuary, the inhabitants of Somnus have a dark past and troubling plans for the future of mankind

British sci-fi adventure co-written and directed by Chris Reading. With their stint in deep space coming to an end, the discontented crew of a small cargo ship embark on their final mission before returning home. What seems like a straightforward trip soon begins to go wrong however, when the ship's computer takes over and diverts the craft to Somnus, a desolate asteroid station in the far reaches of the solar system. Not long after arriving, the crew discover that the colony is inhabited by a sinister cult with plans to end life on Earth. Facing up to the threat of the colonists, the crew battle for survival as they attempt to find a way home.
