Amber Fares directs this documentary about the first all-female Arab racing team the Speed Sisters. The film chronicles the girls' experiences of living in Palestine and forming the Middle East's first all-women racing team as they compete against one other and strive to become the region's fastest female driver. Forced to train in a car park across from an Israeli detention centre, the girls navigate the region's politics and strong military presence as they travel from race to race and try to use their collective passion for racing to become role models for other young Middle Eastern women.
