Steve Hackett was a member of the classic Genesis line up in the seventies. He joined the band in 1970 and his complex and distinctive guitar playing was an integral part of their success on albums such as “Foxtrot”, “The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway” and “A Trick Of The Tail”. He released his first solo album, “Voyage Of The Acolyte”, in 1975 while still a member of the band before going completely solo in 1977. He has gone on to release numerous solo albums covering the whole spectrum from rock to classical. “Once Above A Time” was filmed in Budapest, Hungary in April... 2004 on the tour for Steve Hackett’s 2003 album “To Watch The Storms”. It combines songs from across his career both as a solo artist and with Genesis.
