Franz Welser-Möst conducts the Vienna Philharmonic in this performance of Richard Strauss's opera at the 2016 Salzburg Festival. The cast includes Tomasz Konieczny as Jupiter, Norbert Ernst as Merkur, Wolfgang Ablinger-Sperrhacke as Pollux and Krassimira Stoyanova as Danae.
