Classic wartime docu-drama about RAF Wellington bomber raids over Nazi Germany. Made with the co-operation of No.149 Squadron at RAF Mildenhall, the film features footage shot in the air alongside material mocked-up in an old abandoned fuselage, and uses a cast drawn from RAF ground and air crew. It was released as a first feature in the USA in the latter half of 1941 and has been credited as playing a significant role in swaying American opinion towards entering the war in Europe.
