1960s horror about an experimental doctor who attempts to keep body parts of dead patients alive. When the fiancee of Dr. Bill Cortner (Herb Evans), Jan Compton (Virginia Leith), is decapitated in an accident, the ever-so-slightly psychotic doctor reserves her head and searches for a woman he can use to replace Jan's body. Jan's conscious head is against his plan and encourages a past mutation of Cortner's, that lives in the laboratory, to escape and cause havoc.
