Tod Slaughter stars in this 1940s horror based on the play 'Spring-Heeled Jack' by Maurice Sandoz. Philip Wraydon (Slaughter), an inventive and remorseless man who worked as a spy for Napoleon, harbours a serious grudge against England and, in particular, his brother's family.
