Now, despite the words of caution from her favourite teacher (Ken Jeong), she enlists the slick but charming Wesley (Robbie Amell), to help take back her ‘label’ and overthrow the school’s resident mean girl Madison (Bella Thorne) reminding everyone that no matter what people look or act like, we are all someone’s DUFF.

Teenage drama starring Mae Whitman as a young girl trying to change her high school social order. Devastated by the revelation that her fellow students refer to her as 'The DUFF' (Designated Ugly Fat Friend) to her friends Jess (Skyler Samuels) and Casey (Bianca A. Santos), Bianca (Whitman) sets out to spark a revolution to change how others view her. With the help of the ever-popular football star Wesley (Robbie Amell) and guidance from her favourite teacher (Ken Jeong), Bianca tries to overthrow the shallow ruler of her peers Madison (Bella Thorne) while reminding everyone at the school of the irrelevance of skin-deep beauty.
