Armando Iannucci directs this dark comedy following the final days of Soviet dictator Josef Stalin (Adrian McLoughlin)'s life and the pandemonium that came after his death. Set in 1953, feared leader Stalin is taken ill and dies. Soon after, those closest to him fight for their chance at power. The all-star cast includes Jason Isaacs, Steve Buscemi, Rupert Friend, Jeffrey Tambor and Michael Palin.
