Comedy following the adventures of an Eastern European dictator's son who heads to the US to attend university. As the son of Kosta Volvic (Adam West), the tyrant who has lined his own pockets with the wealth of his nation, Ratko (Efren Ramirez) has led a privileged and sheltered life. Holly is a vegetarian and student activist, with a vastly different approach to the world, who encourages Ratko to examine his family's past and the role they play in their own nation.
