Double bill of children's animations adapted from the books by Dr. Seuss. In 'The Lorax' (1972) a one-time industrialist named the Once-ler (voice of Bob Holt), whose business is now in ruins, recounts his story to a young boy. He explains how he developed his fashion business by selfishly cutting down Truffula Trees, which produce coloured material, for his own needs without considering the affect it would have on the environment, despite the cautionary advice he was given from the wise Lorax (also Holt). In 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' (1966) The Grinch (Boris Karloff) is a mean and wicked creature who resents the coming of Christmas to nearby Who-ville. In fact, he despises the festive season so much that he decides to steal all the presents and decorations from the village. Does this mean there will be no Christmas in Who-ville?
