Martial arts action which sees a young kung fu expert (Jet Li) visiting America where he decides to catch up with his old master, Uncle Tak (Wah Yuen). The master has recently been having troubles with local hoodlums who have been terrorising the neighbourhood. Our hero decides to train up some youngsters in the way of his fighting so they can deal out some high-kicking retribution.
