Romantic comedy starring Janeane Garofalo. Marcy Tizard (Garofalo) is an election campaigner for a United States Senator, sent over to Ireland to pave the way for the Senator's upcoming visit, where he can emphasise his 'Irishness' to the voters back home. Finding herself in the middle of a small village's annual matchmaking festival, Marcy is initially scornful of the attempts by the local matchmakers to fit her up with an eligible bachelor. But when she meets handsome barman Sean (David O'Hara), her opinion might be about to change.
