Four-part BBC travel series following comedian and TV presenter Sue Perkins as she journeys 3,000 miles along the Mekong River. Her voyage takes her from the Mekong Delta in Vietnam to the source of the river in China. Along the way she visits the Delta's largest floating market and works in paddy fields in Vietnam, witnesses first-hand the effect of deforestation and animal trafficking in Cambodia and visits one of the world's poorest nations in Laos before seeing the scale of China's economic transformation.
