Pre Natal Yogo features a 45 minute non-impact routine focuses on those areas of the body most helpful during childbirth through strengthening relaxing and breathing exercises. Post-Natal Yoga features a 40 minute-long class starts with simple Yoga warm ups & stretches for the moms then continues with sitting & standing exercises where the babies help the moms strengthen & tone the muscles of the stomach chest & shoulders thighs & buttocks & the lower back.
