Voodoo Lounge was the 20th studio album of the Stones (recorded between July and December 1993 in Ireland). In 1995 it was awarded a Grammy for the best rock album and sold 8 Million copies making it the best selling album of the band. For the Voodoo-Lounge-Tour of 1994/1995 the band played 128 concerts in North and South America Japan Australia New Zealand and Europe.
