Directed by the Guard Brothers, The Uninvited is an eerie horror based on the 2003 Korean thriller The Tale of Two Sisters.
The Uninvited follows Anna, a teenager who tries to commit suicide and is sent to a mental institution after witnessing the death of her mother in a fire. When Anna leaves the institution and returns home with her father, Stephen, she finds that her mother's former nurse is now her step mother.
Both Anna and her older sister Alex hate their new stepmother and suspect she had a part to play in their mother's death, especially... when Anna's is visited by her mother's ghost. The pair decides to uncover the truth of who she really is, but as they search deeper they find that the truth is even more terrifying that they ever thought possible.
With their mental state weakening fast, can they stay alert and escape their haunted house alive?
