Toxik was formed around 1985 with the first lineup of Sanders Christian Erwin and Dadabo. All three members wrote material for the 1986 ""Wasteland"" demo. Before the recording took place bass player Erwin was replaced by Bonini. After three years and another lineup change the band comprised of Sanders Christian and new drummer Leger recorded ""World circus"" (Christian wrote all the music and lyrics) and signed with Roadrunner Records. The band wrote ""Think this"" which was released in 1989 on Roadrunner. This time with replacement vocalist Charles Sabin... and new guitarist John Donnely. Toxik broke up in 1992 after two albums and two world tours. The band made a huge impression with their fast guitar-based thrash metal. The 2007 reissues by Displeased Records with loads of exclusive bonus material raised the awareness of the band big time. The Dynamo DVD is the crown on Toxik's Thrash work! Limited edition includes an Audio CD of the Dynamo Open Air gig. [show more]
