Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan, Unbreakable (2000) is an intelligent psychological thriller starring Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson and Robin Wright Penn. It follows David Dunn a Philadelphia security guard who's the only survivor of a terrible train crash that killed 131 passengers. Soon after the accident, the entirely unharmed David is contacted by the brittle-boned Elijah Price, a comic book art specialist who helps him realise his extraordinary power and convinces him that he's a real life superhero.
