Gerda Geddes one of the first people to bring Tai-Chi to the UK shares her expertise and celebrates this absorbing ritual. She has been the subject of a Norwegian Television documentary called 'The Magic Bird Spreads Its Wings' and that film is included here. Gerda is also the author of the book 'Looking for the Golden Needle'.
