Unstoppable: Inspired by actual events, Unstoppable is an adrenaline rush fuelled by director Tony Scott's signature mark of propulsive action rooted in the reality of ordinary people placed in extraordinary circumstances. A triple-bill of films starring Denzel Washington. In 'Unstoppable' (2010), experienced train engineer Frank Barnes (Washington) finds himself teamed up with young conductor Will Colson (Chris Pine) in a frantic race against time when an unmanned, half-mile long, runaway train carrying a cargo of lethal toxic chemicals cuts loose and threatens to wipe out an entire city. In 'Man On Fire' (2004), jaded former CIA agent John Creasy (Washington) is hired by a wealthy Mexican family to act as bodyguard to their ten-year-old daughter Lupita (Dakota Fanning). Initially reluctant to take on such a lowly position, Creasy becomes increasingly fond of his charge as she asks him questions and he begins to open up to her and discover a tenderness long missing from his life. But his newfound equilibrium is shattered when the girl is kidnapped, and he vows to find the men responsible and bring them to his own form of rough justice. Finally, in 'The Siege' (1998), FBI/NYPD anti-terrorist officer 'Hub' Hubbard (Washington) is called in to investigate when a Brooklyn bus is bombed. The perpetrators are demanding the release of Sheik Ahmed Ben Talal (Ahmed Ben Larby), who has been kidnapped by US General William Devereaux (Bruce Willis). Hub focuses his initial search on Brooklyn's Arab community, but is shadowed by CIA operative Elise Kraft (Annette Bening), whose contact in Palestine intimates that the real problem lies elsewhere. Before Hub or Kraft can act, however, the FBI headquarters are also bombed, and Deveraux imposes a state of martial law.
