Walking with Lions is the story of how, over 4 difficult years two filmmakers, Lynne & Phil Richardson, succeeded in capturing an entire generation of lions on film. To make the film, the Richardson's forsook the safety and relative comfort of vehicles, instead filming on foot (something which had never been done before) to get as close as possible to the action in the hope of capturing the secret lives of these magnificent predators. Made by National Geographic Television, this is No 1 in the Journeys with Wildlife collection.
