When a family is brutally slain near an isolated rural village, a suspicious local man is soon arrested and brought in for questioning. During the interrogation process it becomes clear that the suspect is not quite what he seems as he begins to transform into a rampaging werewolf set on destroying anything in his path. As the bloodbath ensues, the authorities must do whatever they can to survive the surrounding terror and prevent the chaos from spreading.

After an American family is brutally murdered while camping in the woods in France, lawyer Kate Moore (Cook) is called in to defend accused local recluse Talan Gwynek (Brian Scott O'Connor). Although Inspector Klaus Pistor (Sebastian Roché) is convinced of Talan's guilt, Kate believes there is more than meets they eye with her client and her theories are confirmed when she discovers he's a werewolf. After he is taken to the hospital for examination Talan breaks free and goes on a rampage around the city. Will Kate find a way to stop him?
